Paul operated a successful clinic for 30 years in Adelaide as part of an allied health team. During this time Paul was on the board of Massage & Myotherapy Australia and lectured in remedial massage and myotherapy.
Paul's special interest is in mediation, mindfulness and breathwork and how these tools can support us to live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life, both as a healthcare professional and in our personal lives.
Lucy has a background as a customer service professional with a having worked as a practice manager for an orthopaedic surgeon as well as many years as a medical receptionist. She studied Communications and International Relations and strongly believes in nurturing an environment where diversity and creativity are celebrated.
Lucy’s personal interests include spending time with her dog Bambi, café hopping and reading- welcoming all book recommendations. Her office is always open for a chat for anyone needing support or a friendly hello in the clinic."
Ian’s journey with Endeavour spans more than two decades. After being an Endeavour student, Ian worked for seventeen years as an acupuncturist. Ian Returned to the College 7 years ago in a casual teaching role before becoming a full-time educator.
Ian has always been interested in workplace health and safety and completed a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Studies in 2023.
Ian is excited about fostering a happy and healthy clinic space where students and clients can begin the health journey.
Mia Rose has a background in customer service and performing, previously working as a business owner in children’s entertainment. She has always had a passion for natural health, following in the footsteps of her mum who is a yoga teacher and reiki master. Mia’s passion for natural health has shown through her study of Neuro-energetic Kinesiology. In her spare time, you will find her with her Bearded Dragon Tofu, Op-shopping or Dancing!
Mia loves creating a safe and welcoming space for people where diversity can be celebrated and hopes to aid in building student practitioners’ confidence.
Gemma has over fifteen years of experience working in the medical industry in management of both General Practice and Allied Health, and has a true passion for health and wellbeing. She is dedicated to providing a supportive and welcoming clinic for the students, happily sharing her extensive clinic management knowledge with them and encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Calyssa has over ten years of experience working in customer service roles, across various fields. Calyssa has a Bachelors degree in Legal & Social Justice Studies and believes in creating a supportive environment for all students to help build their knowledge & experience in the clinic environment.
In her spare time Calyssa enjoys spending time with her dog Prince, playing netball & listening to true crime podcasts.
David's international experience in Business Management has finely tuned his ability to optimize operations and create a harmonious environment. His dedication to streamlining processes ensures a seamless experience for students, clients, and staff, reflecting his commitment to enhancing the clinic environment.
Sheila is our warm and friendly Clinic Manager at our Sydney campus.
After completing a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) as a mature-aged student, Sheila went on to manage the busy student clinic at UTS.
Her passion for supporting people in the student health industry, and background studying TCM makes her a great fit for our busy Sydney clinic.
Carol’s experience in customer service spans hotel management, health insurance and medical practice. She spent eight years overseas, including volunteering at the Indonesian Heritage Society and the Jakarta International School. There she managed volunteer groups and their communication with members and parents. Now, Carol happily shares her experience and knowledge at Endeavour.
Sarah Rowley has over ten years of experience working in customer service roles across marine, education and healthcare industries. With a Bachelor of Education, she is committed to providing a supportive clinic environment with the aim of building student practitioners’ confidence and gaining valuable experience in providing exceptional customer service.
Sarah recently moved down from Brisbane and is enjoying discovering the vibrant city of Melbourne.
Santina is an accomplished Clinic and Campus Operations Manager dedicated to streamlining healthcare operations and enhancing patient care.
With extensive experience in healthcare administration, she excels in managing clinic functions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring operational excellence across both clinical and campus environments.
Her empathetic approach and leadership skills foster collaboration, mentoring, and the development of high-performing teams, resulting in improved staff and student satisfaction as well as enhanced patient outcomes.
Outside of work, Santina is passionate about travel and music, actively participating in a choir. She has a deep appreciation for the arts, including literature, cinema, opera, art, and architecture, and enjoys practicing Yoga and Pilates.
